Processing Time
We process orders Monday through Friday during business hours.
- Orders placed during business hours will begin processing the same day
- Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next business day
- All orders require 1 business day for processing before being shipped
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped through a reliable carrier.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: Typically 3–5 business days, depending on distance, location, and logistics
- Military Addresses (AA/APO/FPO): Delivery may take 8–12 business days
Please note:
- Shipping times do not include weekends or public holidays
- Orders processed on non-business days will begin transit on the next working day
Possible Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including:
- Carrier or logistical issues (e.g., high shipping volume or limited capacity)
- Severe weather conditions affecting transit
For the most accurate updates, we recommend monitoring your tracking information and enabling email or SMS notifications where available.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
You can track your order by:
- Logging into your account and visiting the “My Account” section
- Clicking the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email
Please note that tracking updates may take some time to appear, especially before the package reaches a sorting facility or local distribution center.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
To avoid delays, please ensure that your shipping and contact details are accurate at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:
- Packages returned to us can be reshipped after confirmation
- Reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer
- If a refund is requested, original shipping and packaging fees will not be refunded
Replacement & Warranty Shipments
Replacement and warranty-related shipments are subject to the policies of the shipping carrier.
- All shipments include insurance for loss or damage during transit
- To file a claim, customers must provide valid proof of damage or loss
- If tracking status shows “Delivered,” claims for refunds, replacements, or shipping warranties may not be accepted
- Such cases may be reviewed individually by our support team
- Theft or loss after confirmed delivery is not covered under warranty
